Our challenge was easy to see but difficult to solve. We had a hard time keeping our entire team informed and in sync without spending all our time doing it. We needed to communicate our roadmap and share our progress in real-time – but we ended up using an inordinate amount of time building and maintaining PPTs and drowning in cumbersome spreadsheets. With no central, accessible place to store and update our product features, team members at all levels of the organization were frustrated. It naturally guides us through our roadmap and its beautifully organized and easy to use publishing capability means communication is a snap (even with non Aha! users). We publish customized documents in a PDF or on a secure web page to share with our non-technical team members and customers. One tool for everything – brilliant!
Aha! has streamlined our roadmap communication process and put us in the development fast lane. We have also been able to get the engineering team on track with the bi-directional Aha! and JIRA integration capabilities. This feature allows us to set our strategy and roadmaps in Aha! and send our features and requirements into JIRA for engineering to work on with no hassle. Doing so saves us about 5 hours a week of manual project management efforts, has synchronized communications between product management and engineering, and allows us to work in sweet harmony. Unbelievable! With Aha! we feel confident that we can effectively and smartly communicate with each other and key customers. We never expected it, but our customers are already happier and customer loyalty is surging.
