Our Customer Success team is an all-remote group spread across multiple time zones so we can work closely with customers when they need us.

You work hard and have a history of having a positive customer impact. You thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth technology company. You are happiest when you are working directly with customers together with a team of high achievers like yourself. It is even likely that you have worked as a product or project manager but realized you prefer helping people more than writing requirements. It is also possible that you come from a technical consulting background where you were responsible for supporting major enterprise software deployments. Guiding sophisticated customers as they establish product development best practices energizes you. You also have:
5+ years of experience defining, managing, or launching new functionality at a growing software or technology company
Used a detailed go-to-market process to achieve product and business goals
Learned complex software applications and workflow methodologies
Worked closely with sophisticated enterprise product development teams
Written clear instructions to answer questions and explain best practices
Independently resolved hard challenges

The team primarily works with our largest customers to establish standards and help them align their use of our software with how they create digital experiences. We take a highly consultative approach. Your responsibilities will include:
Guiding the world's largest and most sophisticated organizations as they improve how they innovate and build software
Delivering responsive customer service using our proven frameworks
Serving as a product development and Aha! software expert
Developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of our largest customers
Proactively supporting customers as they expand their use of Aha! software and roll it out enterprise-wide
Advocating internally for future product enhancements that align with customer and Aha! goals
Setting an example for newer team members who are learning to share best practices and guide large customers
