The Aha! people success team is a highly collaborative group across people operations, recruiting, and learning and development. We work within North American time zones so we can collaborate during the workday.

You have at least eight years experience in the people or human resources function at a high-growth SaaS or software company. And you want to lead an exceptional team. You pride yourself on working across the entire employee lifecycle. This must include past experience in recruiting or supporting the hiring of remote employees. You build connections across a fully distributed company and enjoy leveraging technology to scale processes and programs in a high-growth, fast-paced, and global environment. You have successfully managed complex, cross-functional projects, and can handle competing priorities. You love teaching and always act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
You write exceptionally well and being responsive is in your DNA. You are a player-coach who enjoys leading a highly productive team and working closely with the broader leadership group.
Your work at Aha!
As Director, People Success, your responsibilities will include:
Leading a team of recruiters and people operations managers to individual and company success
Managing all recruiting programs and reporting on performance
Defining a roadmap that supports efficiently scaling our people processes along with robust reporting
Guiding existing educational programs and annual reviews which help people achieve their best
Ensuring all people-related matters are in compliance with regulations
Tracking team goals and executing on key initiatives
Overseeing annual budgets and strategic vendors to get the most out of our partnerships
Helping with event planning and execution for large, multi-day onsite events
Identifying and implementing process improvements
Maintaining the content and structure in our internal knowledge base
Maintaining the privacy and security of Aha! people data
