Our programs

The marketing team is responsible for driving customer growth and expanding company awareness. We are fortunate to be recognized as product and company building thought leaders and have a large audience. The Corporate Communications Manager is responsible for engaging in important conversations with media, analysts, and identified influencers. The communications team within the broader marketing team is responsible for working cross-functionally to plan and develop cohesive experiences across content, creative, corporate communications, and social media.

We do our planning and collaboration in Aha! Roadmaps. We are power users of our own software, often providing feedback and suggestions for improvements that are shipped to customers too. We use Slack and Zoom for video calls. (Email? Rarely.)

Your experience

You have seven or more years of relevant experience in communications, journalism, PR, or marketing. You have developed robust corporate communications programs for technical products, ideally for a high-growth SaaS company. You have a proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with both internal and external partners. You write exceptionally well and are typically the person people go to when they need something reviewed. You also enthusiastically engage people in conversation and are someone they turn to when they have a question or need advice.

Your work at Aha!

We work on a broad range of communication initiatives and programs. As Corporate Communications Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Relating company and product strategy to all aspects of corporate communications — speaking engagements, sponsorships, launches, earned media, and executive social media presence

  • Developing an earned media program plan that aligns to organizational goals

  • Working with the digital and product marketing teams to ensure integration across all programs and campaigns

  • Collaborating closely with the executive team to continuously refine communications and day-to-day communication plans

  • Identifying relevant industry trends that help to create new opportunities and further drive awareness for the Aha! products and brand

  • Building essential briefing notebooks and recording the results of external conversations

  • Proactively reaching out to third parties to develop and broaden relationships
